Our Labrador had a seizure today

When our Toby (also a Lab) was younger he had a couple of fitting episodes but as another poster described it was down to sudden excitement - on one occasion he was dosing when one of us said 'cat' - he sprang up and began to fit. It does seem pretty common for the breed - Toby didn't have any more for over nine years when he left us.

Thank you to everyone's well wishes for Boris.
I called our vet earlier who had the results emailed to them from Medivet but they couldn't open the attachment .
They tried a few times but they were getting ready to leave for the day so have asked if I can wait until the morning and they'll get it sorted for me. Looks like I'm not gonna get much sleep again tonight
