Mobile Typical car hire prices?

Hi All

We're looking at hiring a car whilst we're away but as we only want a little run around I'm looking at picking one up from Disney Car Care rather than the airport so I don't have to worry about fitting our huge suitcases in a car

I was wondering what people were typically paying for an economy car? We can get a Chevrolet Spark etc for £185 for 12 days (£166.50 after cashback) so just £13.88 per day which I thought was a really good price

Any thoughts?

What are the dates you want it to and from? Are you happy to have the smallest thing they rent?

The dates I'm looking to hire are picking up 20th September and returning 2nd October. Smallest car is fine. There's only 2 adults and a 3 year old (we're taking our own car seat) just looking for a little run around as the Disney buses drove me potty last time 😊

The price I've found is with Alamo through Expedia. Alamo Brits was coming out at £220 so with the cashback Expedia is over £50 cheaper

The price sounds good to me. If you're taking a pushchair though be warned that our economy car this year (Kia Soul) wouldn't fit out baby jogger, which folds pretty small, in the boot. Wasn't an issue for us as we just put it on the back seat but just make sure you'd be happy to do this if you need to

Thanks - good to know. We'd already thought of that - he's got a Maclaren Techno XLR and we struggle to get it in the boot of our Focus at home so planned to have it propped up on the other back seat. We stayed onsite last time we went without the little one and the Disney buses drove me nuts so can only see it being worse with a 3 year old in tow so thought a little run around would do 😊

We have just booked through netflights and have a suv through Alamo for 12 nights for £246 - if that helps! Your prices look good to me!
