Help with food related questions!
I am trying to work out our eating arrangements and have a few questions.
I am wondering what food people take with them in their suitcases? Are there things you can't take with you? Where do people eat in Universal? Do you need to book tables or is it all quick serve? Where do I find out the price of the kids meals at the Disney parks? Is there an Aldi on international drive? Thanks everyone 😆 |

We took variety pack cereals, cereal bars, individual serve packs of jam, tea bags, Robinson juicers. Just remember to declare them.
In universal we went in to city walk (a couple of minutes walk) we ate one meal in one of the Harry Potter restaurants- wouldn’t recommend wasn't up to much ! |

There is not an Aldi on Internationa Drive. We use Aldi on the way out of the airport on Sand Lake Road which is on the right hand side before The Terrace.
At Universal we used quick service inside the parks and also ate at City Walk found we often had to queue but it moved at a steady pace, |

We take the small variety packs if cereal with us and just declare it. Never been a problem. If they decide to scan your cases again, they put them all through, including hand luggage, so no need to worry about just putting it in one case. Ours is usually split between a couple. Your declaration is for all cases, not just certain ones. If you do accidentally pack something that's not allowed, because you've declared it, all that will happen is that you'll be informed and the food will be taken. If you don't declare and get caught it could result in fines etc. which isn't a great way to start your holiday. Pack as you wish, declare and all will be fine
