When we went last year the bags were included in the DP but not the buckets. We actually preferred NOT having to take a bucket around the parks and just disposing the bag once empty as I only took a small bag,
this year I'm hoping to go bagless! will put my phone in a waterproof 'case/bag' and hang around my neck as I don't tend to have pockets.
