Trip booked Early Nov 2018... Itinerary help needed!
Hello, New to the Dibb as want to make the most of my 3rd trip to WDW (2nd with SO).
1st trip was 15 years ago (so no planning involvement) 2nd trip was last Feb, stayed off site so completely naive to the 180 ADR date. 3rd Trip November 2018, staying at ASM with DDP! Need some help with figuring out which ADRs to book so that I can plan my itinerary around the ADRs. Already know that we want to do Ohana dinner twice, Garden Grill for both breakfast and dinner. Lunch at Sci-fi and 50s prime time. Considering Le Cellier, Tusker house and Skipper Canteen. Really need some help to make the most of the DDP! Thanks! |

Hi and welcome to the Dibb
How is your party made up? I would only do Ohana's once as well as the Garden Grill as there are some many restaurants to choose from. On a personal note I preferred the breakfast at Tusker House, Le Cellier is very nice but I found it rather dark and slightly cramped maybe have a look at the Yachtsman Steakhouse at the Yacht Club. Also the Food & Wine Festival will be on at EPCOT so save your snack credits for that |

The party will just be myself and my other half.
Unfortunately my other half is very picky when it comes to food and he enjoyed Ohana so much last time that he insisted we do it twice this time. And similar with Garden grill, he wants to try both breakfast and dinner there. I have had a look at Yachtsman but was unsure what you get when using the DDP? I think Tusker house breakfast may be added to the definite list as other half loves Donald Duck. Thanks!

Another rec for Yachtsman for a signature meal. It's a couple of years since we went and had DDP so can't comment on what you can spend your credits on. I think the plan has changed anyway.
Another place I loved was Coral Reef. |

Hi and welcome 😊
I love Ohana and would go twice myself if we could on the next trip but we have a picky eater who doesn't like much of the stuff so I'm struggling with getting him going once haha I'm not sure you'll get on with the food at tusker house, yes there are some more "normal" items but there is quite a bit for adventurous waters, I also found it to be like a canteen, very noises, busy, people pushing past all the time etc if it's a character buffet you want I'd suggest chef mickeys all the way it has a lot more "normal" foods 😊

Luckily my other half really enjoyed the food there, so I'm excited to maybe be able to eat the bread pudding this time! Was far too full up last time!
Ah ok, I will get my other half to look at the menu to see if he will still go to Tusker house! We did Chef mickey's last year on Valentine's Day and the food was right up our street. But my other half wants to try and meet Donald in other locations on our trip in November. So probably won't be going back.
