Booked My ADR's!

I've just booked my last ADR for my August holiday. We're paying OOP and I'm already starting to doubt some choices! Plenty of time to change my mind of course. I'm not a fan of having to book 180 days in advance and I know many places will be available at the time, so I've mainly booked as a safety net. Here's my list:

T-Rex
Coral Reef
Boma (Breakfast)
Mama Melrose
Jiko
The Wave (Breakfast)
Chef Art Homecomin'
Le Cellier

My main doubts at the moment is Mama Melrose, but none of the HS restaurants are really appealing to me. I might cancel this and do something QS instead, or maybe book something in the Epcot Resort over and walk over to HS after for Fantasmic.

Does any one have any advice for me?!

If you are planning to eat at T-rex it's probably worth you getting a Landry's card. That way you wont need an ADR and you can just turn up whenever (also valid at Rainforest Cafe and Yak & Yeti). You pay $25 to get it but you get a $25 credit on the card and if it magically () happens to be your birthday month when you are there you get an extra $25 credit to take off your bill.

I haven't eaten in Mama Melrose but HS is the one park I really like to have an ADR for as I don't rate any of the QS options at the moment. We like 50's Prime Time or Brown Derby.

Homecomin' looks great, I really hope we get around to trying it on our next trip!

Thanks kellsbells, I'll look into that!
My doubts surrounding 50's Prime Time is the whole "Cousins" thing. We're very introverted, reserved, boringly typical British and not sure I fancy the experience. I'm thinking maybe Beaches and Cream instead?
I actually couldn't get my preferred date for Homecomin'! Wanted a Sunday but have ended up with a Friday somehow...go figure .

Beaches and Cream is great, and would be a good little escape from the park for a bit! Definitely get an ADR for here though, it's very small! We've been just for a meal once and once to do the kitchen sink which is brilliant fun (between 4 of us we couldn't get near finishing it!)

For 50's they are very good at sensing who wants to join in and who doesn't, I think they automatically play it down when they hear English accents! But I totally understand that it's not everybody's cup of tea.
