Yes, nice shop there at Nassau as I went on my own to walk around the shops and bought the watch and channel make up as it was tax free... then back to ship for lunch and relax with sunshine and cocktails that was 06...

but I don't think I will do that again go to shopping on my own as heard bad things few months ago about the gun etc...

I will go with my husband this time and love to go back to shopping... as beautiful things there...

Glad you did say that. We were really disappointed with Nassau. Just one big jewellery shop. Key West has changed so much from the great Mallory Square sunset experience you used to enjoy.Gran Cayman - we had a tropical storm and got drenched. The only stop off we have really enjoyed was Cozumel, Mexico - nice shopping area (but a bit of a route march to get to it) and the terrific dolphin experience at Chakanaab National Park - much cheaper than Discovery Cove!

For Nassau, on the internet there is a self-guided walk which can be printed. I did this for friends who did the walk in reverse and saved themselves climbing a long flight of steps - I think called Queen's Steps. They walked whilst I did a sort of underwater scooter trip. The machine is a bit like a scooter with a helmet on the top to trap the air so the rider can breathe. Our party saw loads of different fish which the guides fed especially for us, and different coloured corals. When it was finished I bought a video of the experience. We didn't have a DVD player at the time.
