No...just make sure you take your passports with you and that the green waiver forms remain inside (you get when you enter the the US).
There are/were forms to fill on line (or at the port) from DCL..so worth checking there.

... you may want to get the appropriate vaccination injections from your doctor though ?... I know many people don't bother, but I think they are advisory...especially if you are going closer to the interior of the country ie where the national parks & ruins are.
