Satu'li Canteen in Pandora is excellent QS, something completely different and delicious and has gone straight to the top of my list! Personally I think the quality is better than lots of TS places

Others we love are Pecos Bills and Columbia Harbour House (MK) Yak & Yeti QS (AK). I struggle to find any QS I really like at HS but hopefully there will be some excellent new ones coming with all the updates! Breakfast at Sunshine Seasons is lovely (EP) and actually the fish & chips in the UK are surprisingly good!

Also not everyone rates it but I really enjoy lunch at BOG

Satu'li Canteen

Sunshine Seasons

Pecos Bills

I'd agree with most of the above. Dis says the quality of lunch at BOG has plummeted and is now terrible. Disney cutting costs. If true, this is such a shame as when I went in 2016 it was great.
Unfortunately I think Disney continue to nickle and dime and cut cost on the extortionate food prices, and quality is heading down hill. I'm DVC and won't pay for the dining plan, now will have more in room meals (we have kitchen) more quick serve and more off site due to lowering quality and cost/ quality ratio.
There are still some good ones there though, as stated the ones above, also Flame Tree BBQ is good, or at least was in 2016.

Sorry no pics, but apart from Columbia Harbor House in MK, we like the QS at the deluxe resorts that you can reach by boat from MK. We found them very quiet at lunchtime (though it was Oct/Nov) so a welcome break from parks and a cooling ride on a ferryboat. Grand Floridian, Wilderness Lodge have some really different QS options like create your own salad and flatbreads. We didn't try Polynesian but menu looks lush.
