July/August staying in Spring Hill

This year it's just the 3 of us so planning on doing quite a bit of pottering about. Staying in Spring Hill where we have stayed before, it makes the trip a bit cheaper the cost of the villa about half of what they are in Orlando. We didn't really wan tot do the parks this trip but going for a quick fix part way through the holiday.
July 25th- premier inn Gatwick
July 26th- flying BA to Tampa then staying in a villa in Spring Hill.
July27th- probably drive to Pine Island which is the small local beach, the water here is quite calm and shallow so ideal or me on my lilo.
July 28th- Tarpon Springs will go on a boat trip from the sponge docks and then eat in one of the local Greek restaurants.
July 29th- probably stay at the villa
July 30th- Homosassa Springs there is a nice boat trip from the car park to the entrance of the state park.
July 31st- Honeymoon Island will probably spend the day at the beach here
Aug 1st- Tampa Outlet shops in the morning then Busch Gardens which is open until 10pm
Aug 2nd- day at the villa
Aug 3rd- Clearwater for the day
Aug 4th- day at villa
Aug 5th- Air boat
Aug 6th- St Pete's Beach, eat at Skidder's will need a doggy bag as the portions are huge.
Aug 7th- day at villa
Aug 8th- up early and drive to SW, in the afternoon head over to Aquatica, check in to Rosen Pointe so will eat out somewhere on I drive.
Aug 9th- MK in the morning ADR at Liberty Tree for 1:30 will leave late afternoon and go to Celebration to buy the dog a treat from Woof Gang Bakery.
Aug 10th- day at villa
Aug 11th- Go to Denny's for breakfast then to Weeki Wachi State park which is just up the road.
Aug 12th- Go to the mall in Tampa and the Cheesecake Factory may go to the aquarium.
Aug 13th-Day at villa
Aug 14th- Busch Gardens
Aug 15th- day at villa
Aug 16th- fly home from Tampa.
