Attraction tickets direct - has anyone booked a hotel with before?

We haven’t used them for hotel bookings before, but may do for our Disney and universal hotel next year. Has anyone used them before, was it all okay? Thanks

We booked our Disney stay with them on free dining release day last year. So far, their customer service has been excellent. We went with them because they were cheaper than Disney direct for our choice of hotel and dates, we got a $300 gift card and £50 off Dibb discount. I think there are loads of us here that have booked with them.

We did last year. The most helpful efficient company I’ve ever dealt with. My sons fiancé left him 2 months before our trip and they were so helpful and kind in removing her from our trip. Nothing was too much trouble

We booked with ATD last year for our 2019 stay, and again this year for 2020. I think they are competitive and offer excellent customer service. I really like the fact that I can contact the same individual adviser, either by phone or via email - Val is always a pleasure to speak to and has been particularly helpful.

We booked with them last year for the holiday we went on this Easter. Great price, very helpful when I contacted them and quick to reply. No issues with the booking at all. I’d definitely use them again.
