CBR 5 sleeper website glitch?

Anyone else notice that the five sleeper rooms seem to disappear when you search for five people in the room but show up for four or fewer?
I'm searching for 2A and 3C ages 17,11 and 5. We've had a five sleeper at CBR before and would like one for 2020.

Not sure if it's just a glitch but they do state on the website that the rooms sleep 1-4 where as the POR five sleepers state 1-5 (I know they both sleep up to 4A and 1C) so I'm wondering if the WDW system is just filtering them out when i search for five people. As there is availability for those rooms when I remove 1A or 1C from the booking.

I noticed this with POR. Disney wouldn’t show us anything for POR for 5, although when putting in 2 adults and 2 kids they showed a 5sleeper room.
Ended up paying a wee bit more to book with ATD.

Don’t know if we could have booked the room with 2 adults and 2 kids and then added the 5th on later but I didn’t want to take the risk.

As a family of 5 the system didn’t bring CBR up at all which was a bit weird especially as POR came up no problem!

It will show if you do 4 adults and a infant . Seems Disney won’t allow anything other than a infant in the sleeper at CBR

Strange that you're not getting POR as I was getting availability for there. And their rooms are still listed as "sleeps 1-5". Hoping it's just that not all availability has been added to the site yet.

Yes I'm getting POR prices too but not CBR.

I've tried changing the ages of the kids and I still can't get five in a room to show up. I know that the fifth person has to be a child ie a guest 9 or under now, but our will be five year old obviously fits that. Plus we were in CBR, five sleeper room in 2018 when the kids were 15, 9 and 3, booked direct with Disney in June 2017, free dining.

If i remember right this happened to us 2 years ago when searching for a family of five .so I called Disney holidays and was advised to book the cbr room for four of us then give them a call and they would add my then 5 year old on.which they did.
So maybe worth giving them a call x

Thank you! I think their phones will likely be rammed for the next few days at least but I might just ahead and book and hope that we can add the fifth person on later.

If this is a website glitch 2 years on ,it ought to be fixed by now 😮🙂
