Fast pass for the average american

Iv just done my 60 day FastPass and there’s limited availability for the first 5 or 6 days of our dates.
Luckily for most UK visitors staying on site we holiday fo 7 to 14 days allowing us to snap up the best fast passes towards the end of our stay.
My question is are fast passes made available for us visitors which may only be available to them determined maybe by their IP address. It’s seems unfair and unlikely that Disney would allow all non us visitors take the best fast passes 70 or more days out whilst their own citizens are looking at maximum 65 days out.

It’s all based on their length of stay not where they live. The Americans only generally go for a few days that’s why their choice is limited

I would imagine not, the reason they had to change the original wording from "Length of stay " to include the caveat max 14 days. "We" are a very small % of the visitors, 5% I believe, so I guess we are lucky in that they also do a different UK pass
