You'll be fine on your own, the number of times I wish I could wander where I wanted, eat what I wanted etc, esp when kids start squabbling.
Or if you really don't want to go alone, take your niece for a girly trip, that is so the right age to enjoy it.

Could you take your niece and your nephew? The Cheyenne has great rooms with bunk beds for 2 kids.
I'm sure you'll have a fab time whatever you decide. xxx

I'd be worried having both of them and the tantrums when one wants to do one thing and the other wants another... of course if I could persuade my mum to come too then it might help!

Ah, I see! Mum's are great for these things aren't they?!
Failing that, you may just have to plan 2 seperate trips - 1 for each! The trip with your niece could be girly, and include your character dining and meeting Minnie, whereas a trip with your nephew could involve all those bigger rides, and perhaps Buffalo Bills or something! (See, I'm full of good ideas, just don't ask me where all the money is going to come from - that bit I'm not so good at! ) xxx
