Unable to cancel Alamo booking online

Has anybody else had this issue?

I used the modify/cancel link from my confirmation email and get the message

‘ This reservation cannot be accessed at this time. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.’

There’s an 0800 number for Europe but I’m not sure if that means it’s for bookings in Europe.

The UK is part of Europe, so you'll probably need to try the 0800 number

Was it a Brits booking? There's another post down the first page where Andy from DFCH has posted about who can help you.

Andy was really helpful with info to change my booking but since then my flights were cancelled so the car hire had to go too.

If it helps anybody else, you can call the 0800 number for assistance with US bookings. Seems the reason I couldn’t cancel mine online myself was because one of the locations is now closed for my dates.
