Always have to go through the breakfast fried egg options at IHOP, Bob Evans, Cracker Barrel et al.

Just about mastered those and then you get to the toast choices.

Good steak doesn't need spices or seasoning other than perhaps a touch of salt. You are right. You don't and neither would you be bad mannered enough to tell the kitchen how to. If you don't like what they do you don't go there.
