Mobile Where to stay

We currently have 10 nights booked at all star sports and 4 nights at animal kingdom lodge.
We are looking at maybe staying offsite for the first 10 nights as it will save over half the money which would pay for our universal tickets.
The options we have are Avanti or Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando.
Need some advice on which one to pick. All advice gratefully received.
Many thanks

They both get consistently good reviews on here and are in the same area of International Drive. I haven't stayed at either but I would based on the reports I've read from fellow Dibbers.

Have a look at Rosen Plaza, much nicer hotel and usually only a few pounds more. The other two are motels with external corridors.

That is very helpful. The Rosen is slightly more expensive but certainly is still cheaper once the avanti resort fees are added
