Every other day. If I leave it longer my scalp becomes itchy and scabby. Unfortunately for the first few weeks of lockdown I let it slip to twice a week and my scalp is only just recovering.

I’m currently washing mine twice a day most days, once before work and again when I get home again - thanks covid. Mine is quite thin too and just looks rank if I don’t wash it in the morning after a night’s sleep.

Pre lockdown it was every other day, I wore It down the day I washed it and then up the next day. Since working at home I wear it up a lot more so can go 4 days.

I use the caffeine shampoo cos it seems to be the only one that doesn’t make me itch.
My hair is awfully thin too. Drives me nuts.
Think I’m gonna just try and go every other day.
Maybe condition between. I don’t usually condition at all

This is exactly the same as me! I used to wash my hair every single day until lockdown and now I do every second day too.

Every 2-3 days here, sometimes up to 4. My hair seems to have got thicker, drier and wavier as I’ve got older, so the least torment of it the better it seems.
I have highlights (never bleached) but it still needs conditioner every wash to prevent being too dry and frizzy.

I wash mine every day I’m going through the menopause and have a lot of hot flushes and I find my hair smells if it’s not washed every day.

Once every 7-8 days. Hairdresser says it is in great condition. I have very thick hair that takes an age to dry and I have to straighten it as well so takes ages. Saying that, I don't walk around with greasy hair, my hair copes well with the once a week wash.

I do have a regular keratin treatment which is anti frizz and makes it easier to deal with.
