I used to have physio for it because I was getting dizzy, I still get dizzy now and again but don’t have much pain unless I carry heavy stuff or dig the garden. I’m being really lazy and not doing much so I’m fine. My new symptom is my painful knee which I’ve had since a Monday, having fat legs doesn't help! I’m ok Labboy but thank you very sweet of you!

I feel your pain. Quite often I'm stiff in the morning but not exclusively mornings.

Anyone else stiff in the morning?
Try a bit of DIY - that can often help relieve stiffness. Especially jobs that involve reaching for high places such as putting up shelves.

Be careful with the no more nails though - the white stuff gets everywhere.

😳 😂

Not since I bought a Tempur mattress. Before that I’d would ache like mad in the morning and need to do a few stretches to get moving.
