Had roast chicken Sunday lunch, so tea was a picnic tea... bit of a buffet, cheesy garlic flatbread, barbecue chicken wings, doritos and dips, crisps, salad, followed by fresh fruit ( pineapple, nectarine , grapes... all chopped ready to eat). Really fresh, really nice... and produced by my daughter, so very relaxing and enjoyable.

We are having chicken fajitas (we make the spice mix ourselves using spices we have in the cupboard) with peppers and onions. For extras we have salsa, guacamole and jalapeños. We also have homemade sweet potato fries to go with it.

Chicken Lasagne.

The sauce is the same as the usual Bolognese base but you put cubed chicken instead of mince. Less fatty and makes the sauce very tasty.
