I love the Help, one of my favourite books.

2 recommendations from me,

Small great things by Jodi Picoult, it's really thought provoking about racism and a cracking read as well.

The Five by Hallie Rubenhold, it's non fiction and is about the lives of the victims of Jack the Ripper, it's one of those books that will stay with me, it rehumanises the women and looks at their lives rather than focusing of their deaths.

I also loved The Help. Try The Secret Life of Bees - I’m sure you would enjoy that too

That’s a great book. Also, the film was good too.
