Blocked drain

The drain outside under the patio is mostly blocked. It's the one from the shower and bathroom sink so it can't be a fat blockage (Hair and soap I guess) but I've tried to sort it with a hose and no luck. The main drain sewer cover is only ten feet away so the blockage must be somewhere in that ten foot run
Drain companies want over £150 to clear it! Please, somebody, tell me how I can do this myself. If it was a 100 ft run fair enough but £150+ for ten feet?

We use drain rods to clear ours. I’m not sure how much they cost but my husband uses them effectively and has been known to go to the neighbours and help clear their drains too.

Can you lift the main sewer cover and see the outlet of the pipe that's blocked? If you can try putting the hose up there and disturbing the blockage from behind or failing that use drain rods with a spiral hook to try and drag the blockage out?

The outlet into the drain is very far down and I can't even see it

If it's a shared drain then your water company has an obligation to do it for free. It's likely to be baby wipes or similar that are mostly not flushable despite what many claim on the packet.

If you have limited access and have a Karcher Pressure Washer, take a look at the their drain cleaning kit. I bought one two years ago about £50 and it cured the problem in no time.

Job's done. As I suspected, it took him ten minutes. He told me to buy some rods next time as well!
