Phone call from Disney

Had a phone call out of the blue today from Disney, they rang to check if I was still planning on traveling in February if allowed to. Has anyone else had a call like this recently? They didn't ask anything else, just if our party would travel in Feb if allowed to.

We've got Feb booked too and I had almost given up on the idea of going.

Depends how quick that vaccine rolls out I guess

I Got the same phone call. They just explained that the water parks will still be closed to me. I said to the person on the phone I don't think the flights will be going... we're booked 02/02 and the flight isn't showing as being able to book anymore.

I just said that yes we would travel as long as both the US government was allowing entry and the flights go ahead. Im still not holding much hope for our trip ( 24th Feb ) but there has to be a reason why they would ring and ask...so fingers crossed

We had one (due to fly 4/2)
They were asking if we were going or if they could help move it for us

Wonder if January bookings got a call

I got the same call but didn’t answer as was busy. Left a voice mail saying they were contacting people due to travel in Jan/Feb to see if people wanted to change dates in light of a travel ban potentially still being in place. Will call them back in the week, we cancelled our Feb flights ages ago, but still have 2 nights booked at Pop. We’re not going in 2021 so need to sort something out with that booking.

Oh so Disney just being proactive with cancellations then and must think ban will still be in place
Be interesting to see if they take jan and feb off sale soon
