V Room booking
Hiya
I just wondered if anyone had ever managed to get access to the V Room (Manchester) with just a flight booking, not a holiday booking? m x

I would imagine not. This has been an ongoing complaint of mine, I book VA and cant use the V-room because they say VH is a different company. But on two occasions VA have given me the V-room; the first was as compensation for problems I had with a VA flight and the second was because I had a late booking with VA and the rest of us were with VH. If they can offer the V-room as compensation, why cant they allow bookings to the V-room?

It comes down to capacity. Its a selling point for Virgin Holidays, they always ensure there is enough capacity for the customers who have booked a package holiday.
If the V-rooms were open to every customer, regardless of what they have booked and how, they would have to turn people away. And to the OP, they answer would be no unless they offer it to you. Edited at 01:17 PM. |
