My maths might be out but the 18 or 20% tip amount is more than it should be. Even if you add tax the suggested tip amount don’t add up.
Maybe that’s why they refused to tip?

Maybe that’s why they refused to tip?
It's calculated on the $47. It's usual for tip amounts to be calculated before discounts are removed or tax added. Should be something an AP holder who claims to spend a week a month there is familiar with.

Via Napoli has got some really expensive pizzas on the menu! Some of them are $50, still the price is not hidden..

I wonder what a $50 pizza looks like, it must be as big as the table.

Actually Claudette it isn't Admittedly between 2 of us I had the most but I'd say no bigger than a "large" pizza. For some reason you don't really think about it at the time but it was onlky after we had paid that I said to DW .." You do know that we have just paid over £30 for a pizza !"
