What does your booking say in MDE?
Mine says “Basic Package”. There’s no mention of memory maker or 14 day tickets etc and I just wondered if this is correct?

Does it say anything else about tickets or memory maker etc? I booked through Orlando Attractions and I want to be sure they’ve done it right 😖

I understand the Memory Maker will not show up on MDE until it is activated the first time you use it. Mine does show the resort hotel also. Double check your booking in the Manage My Booking section of the WDW website as all the vacation details and extras will be shown here. If they are correct here then I wouldn't be too concerned. I personally trust the Manage My Booking section more than MDE and you also have your emailed confirmation. I imagine your trip is a way off so if it's still not showing the correct info nearer the time then I would suggest calling Disney then. The wait times on the phone are just mad right now!

That’s really helpful, thankyou. I hadn’t received a confirmation email from OA but after some chasing it came through this afternoon. Will log onto my laptop rather than the phone app and see if it’s all there. Many thanks x

My tickets are there under “tickets and memory maker” however memory maker doesn’t show up until you use it as a previous poster says.

I logged on and put the reservation details in. I can see the hotels and I can see the guest names. However, there are no tickets under the "tickets and memory maker" section and I can't make park reservations.

Perhaps I'm being too imaptient

I can see a “tickets and memory maker” section. Do you have “tickets and passes”? I can see my tickets in there.

Until your tickets show up you won’t be able to make park reservations. I would maybe give it another few days but then would be inclined to contact your TA to ensure they did it properly.
