Mobile Favourite UK beach and why?

So let’s have some positive beach stories. I’ll kick off. Our favourite is Friarscliff in Dorset. It’s small, clean with plenty of room. Even at its busiest the girls can wander down to the sea but are always in sight. Finally it’s home to the wonderful Beach Hut Cafe that does wonderful simple food. There are no other shops or arcades to spoil things.

Close second would be Frinton. Vast amounts of golden sand, usually plenty of room and wonderful grassy picnic areas.

Over to you

Crantock in Cornwall. Crystal clear waters, lots of room, golden sand. Absolutely beautiful! 😍😍

I agree that Frinton is also great, walk our dog there a lot, he loves swimming in the sea there too as at low tide it’s nice and calm.

We can take our company pensions in 3 years. We’re already looking at houses in Frinton

Porthcurno in Cornwall.

Gwithian Towans in Cornwall

Crantock in Cornwall

Kynance Cove in ... Cornwall.

They are my favorites because they are all within 30 miles of my home.

Bamburgh beach in Northumberland, stunning vast sands with castle backdrop. Usually pretty empty too.

Wells Beach in Norfolk. Walk for miles, lovely sand, pine forest and not too far to the town.

I wanted to say Inch Beach but apparently it's not in the UK. 🤭
