Weather in October

Hi all, we’ve not been to Florida during October

Could you advise us what the weather is like towards the end of October?

We went last October and was still really warm, did have occasional downpour but they never last long. We booked again October 2021

I think it's great weather. We went last year from 27/10-3/11 and it was still pretty hot most days, with one downpour from what I can remember. We were in shorts and t-shirts everyday, with no need for a jacket.

We went last October too, I was surprised that it was still so hot, some days felt like August 😂 We had a few downpours, but again they didn’t last long, we had a lovely day at Cocoa beach and it was 103’ It was beautiful! We came home on 28th October, and our friends were there till 4th Nov and the good weather carried on!

2 years ago we went for 3 weeks, returning to Uk on 28th, we found that it was definitely chillier at night & early morning but the caveat to that is that the first 2 weeks had been scorching - like 90's scorching! That final week was 80's during the day but the nighttime drop was way more noticeable IYKWIM We went to Hoop Dee doo, straight from MK,so park wear but when we came out to get transport is felt really cold!

We go every year at Halloween and the weather is about as good as it gets. Plenty warm and generally blue skies. All without the humidity you get in the summer.

I think it is pot luck - last time we went in October it was "unseasonably hot" 34 deg and super-high humidity for 4 days. Rest of the time was 29deg+ and generally humid.

Other time we went in October it was high 20s and pleasant humidity levels.

This is great news! We normally go May and August times, it would be great to experience it with less humidity 👍

We go every year - although not this one due to the virus! But we will be back again next Oct. Usually go the last 2 weeks and the weather is perfect. Less humid but still really nice and warm. Last year was an exceptionally hot and humid year with the dew points at the same as they are in July which meant it was hot and sweaty! Usually it is perfect.

Best weather we have had is October and would be our preferred time to go.
