I wore my glasses on all the rides, only one ride made them feel loose and that was the old dueling dragons coaster at universal. Everything else they felt 100% secure

Don't do what I did and take them off for FOP. It was all out of focus!

I wear mine on all thrill rides and no problems at all. I have never been to a water park and planning on going to Volcano Bay this year, not sure what I'm going to do there maybe get a softish case that I can put in a side pocket of my shorts.

I’m not sure whether they would come off, in normal day to day activities you don’t tend experience the same forces but given my glasses cost several hundred pounds I don’t really want to test it! I would like to wear my contact lenses as I’ve always done so before problem is I’m currently transitioning to needing varifocal glasses (I’m that age!) so multifocal lenses, and have been getting lots of headaches so I’m uncertain as to what I will be able to tolerate.
I’m going to order some of the sports straps recommended and see how I go I think.

Can you wear goggles at VB? My boys both have fairly poor eyesight (-4) so they have prescription goggles. They work really well for them and cost less than £25.

I would recommend a strap in the water parks after losing a pair of sunglasses in Aquatica (knocked off in lazy river), searched for ages and were never handed in

Where do you get the goggles from please? Our optician quoted 3x that!

You can get pretty cheap prescription swimming goggles online, my hubby pays less than £20 for a pair

Generally they are okay with you wearing them on slides but there's a few they are funny about and make you take them off
