Luckily there are tons of good restaurants nearby. I’m there in 3.5 weeks, I’ll be staying well clear of the restaurant.
I’ve seen some of the videos and also some that liked it too 😊. Thankfully if it doesn’t improve there’s lots of choice nearby.

Hi, we're staying here in February and I do like my coffee in a morning. I've just tried to contact them to find out if I can request a coffee machine as they aren't in the standard room but no response.

You could always get a cheap kettle from Walmart.
I’m more concerned with having to live out of my suitcase for lack of storage.

Someone asked recently if the I-trolly goes to the parks, no it doesn’t. Endless Summer is the closest it gets to Universal.
It does go down to SeaWorld though.

Hi we arrived on 5th and the hotel is beautiful. We are staying in a standard room but with a pool view and very pleased with it. I assume from the number of guests here that only some of the rooms have been made available as it’s not that busy. Not used the Starbucks yet but got food from the cafe the first night and it was tasty. The bus service has been good and never had to wait for one either at the hotel or at Universal. My biggest gripe would be not enough drawers but then that is probably the case for all hotels we’ve stayed in here. They just aren’t designed to accommodate people staying for 2 weeks with 4 suitcases full of clothes 😀

Glad you like it 😊.

We’ll have to be imaginative with the packing so we can fit it all in.

Have you seen how much the length of stay refillable mugs are? We’re hoping to take advantage of them for our stay in October.

Does anyone know if there’s a laundry facility?

Thanks for the mini review Susan- it is getting mainly very good reviews on Google and Booking.com and seems unbeatable price for the size. I am just not convinced by that food sitting under heat lamps, but no biggie, will eat on iDrive.
