Hotel recommendations?

Hi all I'm looking for a hotel for this August, I would prefer somewhere that has restaurants within walking distance, we are a family of 3 consisting of 2 adults and a 16 year old. I would also be open to a villa that's close to Disney and restaurants

Maybe a condo/suites resort at Lbv would be suitable?

Grande Villas /Cypress Pointe / Blue Tree / Legacy vacation villas.

Many of the hotel boulevard resorts are within walking distance of DS, alternatively there is the IDrive area with a range of hotels/suites all within walking distance/trolley ride of lots of places to eat and shop. A lot depends on whether you are keen to be very close to disney or if you are also doing Universal and SW, if you are just doing disney the LBV is the better location, otherwise IDrive has the larger selection of hotels and things to do.
