Disney Travel Company Free Ferry Offer

Hi all, looking for some advice about the current offer with The Disney Travel Company. They are offering a free ferry crossing (P and O) as part of their packages, but I'm trying to combine a package for one person with getting 2 annual passes for the other family members (as I think im right in thinking that you can't upgrade tickets that come with a package). Problem is, if I book the package under 1 person, the free ferry crossing will only be for that one person, despite the cost of a car being the same for 1 or a whole car ful.
Does anyone have any experience with this - I was hoping I would be able to add the names of the other two people to the paperwork, as I say the cost isn't any different, it's just a paperwork name formality.
Or I would appreciate any other advice on ways to upgrade to an annual pass!

Hi, I had this exact problem with this offer last year and wasn't able to resolve it. WDTC would only add the guests listed on the hotel reservation and P&O said only the travel agent can add extra passengers to the ferry booking. I also wanted to pay to upgrade the ticket to a flexible one so I could have the 4 hour travel window but that was a no from WDTC too.

I ended up booking a separate ferry crossing with P&O as got a good special offer price for the ticket I wanted and I didn't want to take the chance of turning up and having to pay more at the port.
