Poor you. I also had a torn meniscus both sides but had one side trimmed and the other repaired. So I know how you feel. However I would recommend seeing a private physio if you can as they can show you exactly which exercises to do. The NHS is not able to offer physio for so many conditions now but often it’s beneficial to have it.
I’m also going to apply for DAS but I know that they often don’t give it for physical disabilities. My main worry is standing in the immigration queue as that would be impossible. So I’ve had to ask for assistance from the airline which means a wheelchair which is not something I need but the only way to not be standing for hours. You might want to look into it as well. |
