Mobile Universal App Tix Not Showing
I have just bought my HHN Tix from universals website, I can see the qr code and purchase on the website, but the app doesn't reflect this, says error loading the Tix.
Tried logging out and removed the app. Still same.
Will I be OK with qr image or on mobile but not app?

I'm having the exact same issue. Spoken to Uni about it twice and they seem to claim there's no issue, but obviously something going wrong!

Yeh was a generic reply I got from them too.
Obviously an issue if not just me, most frustrating when it's a KEY feature of having the tix on the app!

I’m having the same problem as well using the phone app(Android) and had the same bland reply. Interestingly I put the app on my iPad and the tx appear in the wallet. They also appear when logging into the website on my PC. Very strange.

Spoke to Uni again and they basically keep fobbing me off. Told me to print the tickets out instead of using the app..

I’ve just emailed the annual pass team as I’ve renewed and it hasn’t updated on the app. They advised there is a problem with the IT and it can’t show/update in the app and asked me to go to Guest Services to collect a new ticket which can then be loaded on the app! I wonder if it’s all connected?

Seems to be an issue with Android, as far as I can tell.
Still no fix or Uni even acknowledging there's an issue!
