Seafood / thousand Island style sauce for prawns.
Rack of fresh ribs rather than boxed version.

Probably a stupid question, but do they have different stuff in there to here or do they stock the same bread, baby food etc?

Thanks, I'll pop in and have a good look when I'm there in a few weeks!

We'll be going for sure later this month. We do use Aldi at home with just the occasional foray into Tesco for the bits & bobs we can't get in Aldi. We'll still do Walmart while in Florida just because we love a nosey at the different food items, but it sounds like we'll be able to spend less in Walmart this time and get a lot of essentials in Aldi. I'm always shocked at the price of toilet roll in Walmart so Aldi sounds useful for things like that.

Aldi vs Walmart - here now don't believe the hype

Read up on many comments about Aldi being cheaper than Walmart before we travelled. Here at moment, we did a full shop in Aldi, came to $244 and prices didn't seem to us to be any cheaper than previous visits to Walmart or Publix... following week went to Walmart, many items were a lot cheaper in Walmart whom as you'd expect had far more choice... our view is genuinely don't believe the Aldi hype !

Anyone know if they do the Austin's fruit punch (fake Pimms) over there? Sipping a glass of that by the pool sounds very appealing but I now Pimms is a very British product so maybe US Aldi doesn't do it?
