Marshalls store

Hi all

Never shopped in one but think it looks good for homeware and seasonal things.
Anyone like it? do they ever have deals/sales?
All opinions welcome
Thank you

It's a bit like T K Maxx and I think owned by them now so depends on your luck on the day you visit ! My DH always manages to find Skechers Trainers and the odd electronic type things and when the kids were younger we bought quite a few toys, backpacks etc. Worth a look if you're passing one.

OOO thank you, skechers is on my list of stores to go to, would be good to get them in one store at same time as home shopping

I like Marshalls but as other poster says you do have to look, but I have always found it more organised than Ross.
The Marshalls near Mall of Millenia has a Marshalls Home store which is good for table linen and seasonal items

Happy shopping

I have got the most random stuff from Marshall’s... and Burlington Coat Factory... including a Kitchen Aid tin opener...it is the best.

I don't think Marshall's offer senior discounts?
From memory TJ Maxx offer 15% on a Monday, Ross 10% on Tuesday's and Kohl's 15% on Wednesday.
Marshall's is still good value especially if they have the Home Goods store attached.
Burlington is very good as well.

We have shopped in Marshall's a few times, had some really good buys too. They opened a new store up towards Turkey Lake Rd it had plenty of choice in May when we visited. Also find the store up in Millenia is a good option as well.

TJ Maxx, Marshalls and Home Goods are owned by the same company and all three have free standing stores although some are connected to another.

The sell discounted items often from a past season or overstock. I have all three down the road from my office so have been known to stop off on the way home.

The most important thing is if you like it, buy it. It may not be there in 20 minutes and they will likely not get more in stock. They sometimes stock a brand of undergarment that I like, fits well and sold at less than half the price of the outlets. When I see it, I buy it. When I want it and go looking for it, they may not have it.

Also all have decent clearance racks, although I have found some foods at Home Goods can be a bit stale.
