Will I need to declare...
A very, very random question, but it’s my husbands 30th whilst we’re out there and we have a bit of a running joke about Terrys chocolate orange
I wanted to take one with us as part of his birthday gift but unsure whether I’d need to declare it or not? It would be in my suitcase more then likely Thanks! |

I always take food and I alwYs declare it. No problems. If you check online you will see you can take chocolate. There are food restrictions but chocolates fine.

I need my chocolate fix and can’t stand American chocolate so always pack a few bars. Never a problem but always declare if asked

Scroll down a bit to find that "Candy and chocolate" are permissible then scroll back up a bit to see where they say "declare it" or else.

We stick to instant coffee as we don't like the US brands and, to be honest, have never considered packing a dozen frozen fish fingers.
Bonefish Grill and Red Lobster always fulfil our sea food needs. Mick

Sorry to jump on your post but is there a form to fill in while on the plane to declare food? Would I need to write down things such as cereal bars and biscuits?

Our recent experience is the same as most Dibbers (at least into MCO). No customs forms for at least a year. There's a good chance that the Immigration Officer may ask if you have food though.
Mick PS No need to apologise for asking a genuine question on here. 99% of Dibbers are always happy to help?
