We have them changing every 4 days in the yacht club. That seems standard based on other hotels I have stayed at around the world.

From what I’ve experienced the bed sheets are fully changed about every 4 days over a two week trip. To address the OP. Security room checks are not linked to room cleaning checks. You can’t opt out of them so if you opt out of cleaning they have to do it another way.

I think it can vary. When we had a 2 bed villa at SSR once (cash booking, not DVC), I had to request sheets to be changed after the first week. I knew they hadn't been as we'd got a tiny spot of blood on one from a cut and it was still there. Beds were made and looked pristine, but still the same sheets.
