Virgin Disney Will Call Tickets

Hi - I know this has probably been answered somewhere else but I'm probably using the wrong search terms. We've never had tickets through Virgin before but this year they came out cheapest. I hadn't realised that we'd get a Virgin voucher and that there isn't a Disney reference number on it. Does anyone know how I can get this so I can link MDE and our bands - I'm so disorganised I'm not even going to think about FPs

Oh interested in answers to this as we purchased via Virgin but was told I would get reference 30 days prior to holiday which I would use ti book fastpasses. Bit worried this isnt the case now and im going to miss my 30 day fast pass booking

The reference/ticket numbers open up before the 30 days, under Tickets on My Booking, and you will be able to link and book fast passes in time

We have had Disney tickets twice from Virgin, have linked successfully and easy each time. We already had magic bands on MDE, and linked the tickets to them, and not picked up the physical tickets from WillCall.

Thank you! This is what I was trying to do and it just would not accept it. However, it's worked today! Good thing we're not desperate for FPs! Thanks again.
