Über from Sanford

Hi,

Has anyone had an uber pick up from Sanford? We usually get a shuttle service but as I can't seem to find any we thought we try and Uber.

Is there a particular place that they are allowed to pick up from or is it just the standard taxi rank?

They're not taxis so it won't be the taxi rank. You can't order one in advance. They'll find you from your GPS location.

Hi thanks for your reply, I've used them a number of times but never from an airport...so I didn't know whether they was a better place to get picked up from... like I said we usually get a shuttle but can't imagine they are able to pick up from that location

Suggest you stand on the runway side of the road going through the airport (the one you cross for Thomson). You can pick up and drop off all the way along there.

i was going to uber on arrival but don't fancy the hastle on arrival , I willget one backas will have a better idea of how it works by then. I got once way shuttle for 77 pounds with ebookers which i thought was fine they will just be waiting to whisk you to your hotel
