Villas and vaping/smoking outside

The group we are planning on holidaying with next year has one smoker and one vaper (if that’s even a word)
I know the villas are all non smoking - does that include outside, around the pool? (Suits me fine if they can’t as I hate it!)
How about vaping, is that viewed the same as smoking?
And actually how does that work in the Parks, surely people don’t just walk around smoking?

I’m not willing to lose my deposit so I want to be clear with them from the outset what the rules are.

I spoke to villa owner and she was ok for smoking outside as long as doors were kept shut and butts were binned outside.
There were ashtrays in villa.
I thi k its personal choice.

Smoking on the pool deck or outside of the villa should be no problem but do please check with the owner if you book direct, i allow smoking and vaping on the pool deck.

But please get the smoker not to throw their fag ends on the floor outside of the of the pool cage or out the front of the villa, if an ash tray is provided get them to use it, nothing worse than having to go around picking up someone else's fag ends because they can not be bothered to get rid of them properly.

We allow smoking/vaping on the pool deck, and provide ashtrays for peoples use.

The only thing we ask is that people clean up, and keep the doors close.

Thanks guys - I was honestly hoping it would be a blanket No anywhere on the premises for all villas.
I will get them to ask the villa owner if they feel they are going to need to smoke...

As both the others have said outside doors blowed and clean up after themselves and use the ashtrays and clean them before leaving

We're very strict and don't allow any smoking outside in the pool area. Never been asked about vaping though.

Smoking is now banned inside all of the Disney parks - there are designated areas outside (not sure if before or after security) for smokers now.

I do not allow any smoking or vaping in the villa or on the pool deck. Needs to be completely outside with doors/windows shut.

As a non smoker ( normal person ) I would not be happy if I stayed in a villa that had been used by smokers... this is another reminder on why we stick to booking hotels with Disney now.
