I am in the process of doing an group application for my family, i have put details in for me and my husband but when i start to add the children it wont let me put their passport number in? its blanked out the space and i cannot enter any information in there. what am i doing wrong ? please help

Are you on a PC or tablet?
I had problems on my iPad the other day but it was ok when I swapped to the laptop.

Also make sure that you're not trying to input passport number in the field where they ask about other visa / passports as that was was mistake I was making at one point. It's all very fiddly. Just take your time. You can always come out of it and go back in.

do yourself then it will ask you next doesn't matter if you do it individual it just means you pay each person individual

im on a laptop, i thought that but its the same place where i put mine and my hubands its in blue and doesnt let you but any information in there i try and click next but says i need to input passport info, it will let me but in issue and expire dates? its strangexx

Go back a page, or save the application, exit and log back in.

Ive done it

i came out and then checked status and uploaded the 2 i had already put in that were waiting payment, and add another application and it worked this time, must be having a blip, panic over

Yes all been approved now , happy happy,

now another question do i need a transit visa i have a connection flight in canada ?

You don't have to have an ETA until later this year, that said it may slow your clearance through border if you don't have one. Better to be on the safe side for the sake of a few quid.
