We were looking at the Liberty Inn for a quick service option at Epcot (as it was good for gluten free), but learnt that it is closed and will be replaced by Regal Eagle Smokehouse.

Does anybody know when this is due to open?

Any strong or weak rumours are happily accepted, even better if anybody has any idea whether they will have a gluten free menu.

Can not answer your query, but when we were on site in September we did notice a lot of GF foods advertised and also people were asking cast members if they offered any other GF food that were not advertised I was surprised when the answer was yes. That’s as much as I picked up whilst waiting in the queues. (Yes I am nosey).

Disney food blog usually has load of info on food and I would assume that covers gluten free
