Fairly mixed reviews on trip adviser but I�m thinking it would be a good idea.

We use the lounge every time we fly to USA - good value in my opinion and a better way to spend waiting time than hanging around a crowded gate area on hard seats .

I've done it with a 90 minute layover and was in departures with 30 Minutes to spare. Unless your first flight is delayed it's not a problem
