Mobile Ordering

Hi Everyone,
Could someone please explain mobile ordering to me and where i can find which food places do this.

Go to the app. Click on the + at the bottom of any page and select “order food”. You will then have a list of all the restaurants that offer it.

We didn’t have a dining plan when we first used it recently, so we had a credit card linked up to enable ordering, I guess dining plan users would have a credit card linked up anyway for making ADRs.

It is intuitive, pick your restaurant and order food. We always ordered when we were close to the restaurant, but you could make your selections earlier as there is an option to select “I am here” or something when you get close by. There will be a message when food is ready, we rarely waited more than a minute or two.

On the MDE app is a mobile ordering page and you order from there and then confirm when you are ready to pick up and go to the counter - very easy.

On the app it lists all the restaurants you can use.

It was great at places like Casey’s and Peco Bills where seating is sometimes difficult to find. We would prepare the order, find a seat and then press “we are here” 👍

I use it for dole whip floats. I love Enchanted Tikki Room so whenever I go there I order the dwf just after the show ends and pick it up a couple of minutes later.

We used it a lot and found it easy. Saved a bunch of time. We’d prepare the order in a ride queue and submit then click “we are here” when we arrived.

Did you find the mobile ordering works ok with your dining plan? Taking the correct number of credits etc?

Yes, it worked perfectly for us. We used it for almost every meal.

We are offsite people so don’t use dinning plan but did link up credit card and it worked really well. Ordered three or four things and it was so easy and quick
