Booking ADRs but undecided on DDP
Hi,
Our date for booking Adrs is soon. We’re on the ‘Free’ QSDP and I’m still debating whether to upgrade to the regular DDP or just book a few TS oop. Can I still book a full list TS ADRs and cancel later if I decide against upgrading? |

Yes of course you can. Bear in mind that paying OOP for a few table services may exceed the cost of the upgrade.

Of course now that I think about it, it’s obvious. Sorry for the silly question.
We’re there for 9 nights and I think if we did 4/5 oop it’ll cost the same as the upgrade (if non character meals). Then there will also be an extra 16 QS to use between us. |

If there's 2 of you, upgrading should cost around £305 in total. Paying OOP, you will reach that amount in 2/3 table services (if you includes drinks and starter)...
Edit: cost corrected! Edited at 12:28 PM. |

There’s 2 adults and 2 children costing £360 to upgrade. I was just comparing main and dessert with drink, as I think that’s what’s available on DDP.

It's £17pppn, so for 2 people for 9 nights the upgrade cost will be £306, possibly more depending on who the op has booked with.

What do you mean about an extra 16 QS meals to use? When you upgrade, your basically swapping 1 of your QS meals on the QSDP fir a TS meal. So, you still have the same number of meals, just half of them are TS once you've upgraded.

I meant that if I didn’t upgrade but instead paid oop for 4 TS for four people, that would be 16QS meals (4 sittings for 4ppl) I didn’t use from our plan that can be used another time.
