How far in advance can i request a room @ASMO

How far in advance can we request our room at ASMO and does anybody have any recomendation of where is best to request.
Quite fancy Toy story but which block etc.

Hi Deano,

It is about 3-4 days before you go, if my memory serves me well.. ,
Back in December I requested a room at Toy Story, but when I got there it was full so they gave me Dalmatians, which IMO was really good. It was right next to the Food court and close to Fantasia Pool and Mighty Duck pool's.

Yes, we requested a room by fax 3/4 days before we went. Got just what we wanted in Toy Story, ground floor, round the back nice and quiet but near to everything .

I asked a similar question on the Dis a few days back and had some really good replies and tips about how to word the fax.  I'll be sending my faxed request in on Saturday for my arrival on Tuesday.

there is some info on the passporter website which suggests that they are getting so many faxes that it's now better to ring.

Apparently faxes are still working a treat - friends of mine just got back and they got exactly what they wanted!

Just to say that I rang my room request in. As at the time my fax machine wasn't working.
Ringing didnt work for me as we didnt get the room or building that I requested.
From what I have heard Faxing has worked though.
