Returning to work after being signed off

I have spoken with them now 4 times on what is causing my stress. Something that doesn’t need to be implemented at all, and every other employee knows this but this one manager isn’t changing her mind, and it’s caused all of this.
I think it’s time I find something else as it’s clear they don’t really care about the mental health of hard working employees. Another woman in the same department is currently off work too, I only found this out today.

Hi there, sorry to hear you are going through this. Your post, and the replies , really helped me today. I've been feeling very anxious at work recently, culminating in me breaking down in tears yesterday. My boss was great, sent me home and encouraged me go take some time off to get some help with possible underlying depression. I was worried about taking time off too and today I've felt terribly guilty.

My point is that while moving on from your job may be for the best, please don't make any major decisions just now if you are still feeling stressed and anxious.Perhaps go back to the GP and take some more time off. Hope you feel better soon .
