New Phone Menu at WDW Dining

There's a new navigation menu when you are calling WDW Dining at 407-WDW-DINE. Here's how it goes so you'll be prepared, esspecially when calling from the UK:

It looks like they are separating out callers by their experience with WDW. There's questions about whether you are calling from the Orlando area or need a PS within 7 days, if you have visited WDW before or not and, if you have, 4 times or more and since 1998 or not.

Either way (and I tried most options today), I was immediately put on hold for a LONG time. At least, there's always great Disney music on but it's the middle of the day and I can't believe they are that busy.

IF I ever get through, I'll try to find out if this is just a limited time survey or a permanent feature.

UPDATE: After being on hold for 10 minutes, the CM I got did not have a clue to what I was talking about when I asked her about the new options.
