Can Disney Vacation Club Members rent the accomodation to anyone else or do they have to use it.
For instance if i knew someone who had enough points for a 2 week stay at BWV,could i use their points to stay there.

Can points be sold?

Hello again,

Yes, a DVC owner can rent out their points to anyone. And yes points can be sold.

There is a useful (I think) forum on the DIS - disboards - and scroll down to Disney Vacation Club. Perhaps you know about this already. I tend not to post there too much as it can get a bit heated, if you know what I mean.

The only thing about renting points off someone is that there is a real trust issue both ways - If they've rented before on the DIS boards that's usually a good sign.
